The KEM nurse directory was designed with the objective of making the lives of the nurses easier and happy. We started by researching different profiles, finally choosing Smita Jagadia, a sister in charge at the hospital. Then after a thorough research about her we formed a timeline to judge where she was at her happiest or saddest during the day. The problem found was that the records were maintained on paper and filling them repeatedly was a major set back. Hence the digitalisation of the form along with keeping a digital record of previously filled forms was the solution. Given below is the process leading to the creation of the interface.
